Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing times can vary during weekends, holidays, product launches, and high-volume promotional periods.

Shipping and delivery

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders may be shipped in more than one package. Tracking information will be emailed when available. Carrier scans can take time to appear after dispatch.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs review, import duties, taxes, or local handling fees. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
