You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging when possible.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, bedding that has been used, washed, stained, damaged, or altered cannot be returned unless it arrived defective or incorrect.
